Where does the listing data come from?
All property listing data on HouseIndex comes exclusively from authorized MLS® data feeds provided by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) through the PropTX data platform. We do not host, commingle, or display unauthorized third-party listings.
How often are listings updated?
MLS® listings on HouseIndex are synced daily with TRREB data to ensure you always see the most current information, including new listings, price changes, and status updates.
How can I get a home evaluation?
Simply visit our "Sell Your Home" page and fill out the evaluation request form with your property address and contact information. A licensed real estate professional will provide a personalized market analysis within 24 hours — completely free and with no obligation.
What areas does HouseIndex cover?
HouseIndex currently covers the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding regions. We display MLS® listing data from all TRREB-covered areas.
Do I need a realtor to use HouseIndex?
No. You can freely browse MLS® listings, use our valuation tools, and access market data without a realtor. However, if you're interested in buying or selling, we can connect you with a licensed real estate professional who can guide you through the process.
Is my personal information safe?
